Make sure you have added the Shopping Experiences block and that the layout is assigned to your product or category page. Optionally, clear the cache with CTRL + C in the administration area.
Activate the debug mode. Now you should be able to see helpful information in the debug message.

The debug dialogue is completely invisible to normal shop visitors. Only people who have started a debug session in the administration area can see the dialogue. This session is checked by the server and cannot be manipulated.
Yes and no. This depends entirely on the corresponding settings of the ranking group. There are some filters, such as price difference or sufficient availability, which always retrieve static products. Other filters, on the other hand, retrieve personalised products.
