# Shop Übernahme

### Was ist ein Staging-System?

Ein Staging-System ist eine Kopie des Live-Shops in einer geschützten Umgebung. Dort können Updates, neue Plugins oder Design-Änderungen gefahrlos getestet werden – ohne Auswirkungen auf den laufenden Betrieb.

### Benötigte Zugänge

Für die Einrichtung werden Zugänge zum Server und Shop-Backend benötigt:

* Zugang zum Hoster-Panel (z. B. cPanel, Plesk, IONOS, Hetzner etc.)
* Admin  Zugangsdaten des Shops

Die Benutzerverwaltung befindet sich unter **Einstellungen → System → Benutzer & Rechte**. Dort werden alle angelegten Benutzer in einer Tabellenübersicht angezeigt.

* SSH Zugangsdaten (Host, Port, Benutzername, Passwort/SSH-Key)

* .htaccess-Zugangsdaten, falls ein Bereich per HTTP-Authentifizierung geschützt ist

### Sichere Übermittlung der Zugangsdaten

Zugangsdaten sollten nicht per E-Mail oder Chat übermittelt werden. Empfohlen wird die Nutzung eines der folgenden Tools:

### Ablauf nach Erhalt der Zugänge

1. Prüfung der bestehenden Server-Umgebung und Shop-Konfiguration
2. Vollständige Kopie des Shops (Dateien + Datenbank)
3. Einrichtung eines Staging-Systems, ohne Kunden- und Bestelldaten.
4. Bereitstellung der Zugangsdaten zur Staging-Umgebung (.htaccess und Admin)

### Kosten

Das Staging-System kostet 30–50 € pro Monat.

### Einsatzmöglichkeiten

* Plugin-Updates vor dem Live-Gang testen
* Neue Features oder Design-Änderungen ausprobieren
* PHP- oder Shop-System-Updates prüfen
* Fehlersuche ohne Risiko für den Live-Betrieb
