# In-App kauf geht nicht

Machmal kommt es bei einem In-App Kauf zu einem Fehler:

### 1. Shopware Account verbinden

Man muss mit seinem Shopware-Account verbunden sein:

Das geht unter "Erweiterungen ", „Meine Erweiterungen“ und „Shopware Account“

Jetzt sollte man es nochmal testen!

### 2. Interner In-App Prozess hängt

Manchmal hängt sich der Shopinterne In-App-Kauf Prozess auf.&#x20;

Den kann man manuell starten. Dazu klickt man im Backend oben Links auf den Punkt

Achtung: Der Punkt ist nur da, wenn das Tools Plugin installiert ist: <https://store.shopware.com/de/frosh12599847132f/tools.html>&#x20;

Und unter geplante Aufgaben kann man den Prozess nochmal starten:

Danach sollte man den In-App-Kauf tätigen können.&#x20;
