# Das Einlesen des Produktfeeds schlägt fehl

Beim Einlesen des Produktfeeds treten Fehler auf oder der Wizard kann nicht abgeschlossen werden.

Bitte prüfen Sie, ob die erzeugte Feed-URL erreichbar ist oder einen Fehler zurückgibt. Diese finden Sie im entsprechenden Verkaufskanal ganz unten unter „Export-URL“.

Treten dort Fehler, ungewöhnlich lange Ladezeiten oder eine Blockierung, beispielsweise durch eine .htaccess-Regel, auf, kann dies dazu führen, dass die Produkte nicht eingelesen werden können. Ohne verfügbare Produktdaten kann die Suche keine Ergebnisse liefern.<br>
