# Nachbestell-Manager – Automatische Lagerbestände und Prognosen
Mit dem Nachbestell-Manager – Automatische Lagerbestände und Prognosen automatisieren Sie den kompletten Prozess von Bestandsprognosen bis hin zur Nachbestellung direkt in Shopware 6. Das Plugin analysiert auf Basis der Verkäufe der letzten, individuell einstellbaren Tage, wie lange die aktuellen Bestände noch ausreichen werden. Diese Berechnungen können zu bestimmten Wochentagen und Uhrzeiten automatisch durchgeführt werden.
Sobald ein Produkt unter eine definierte Verfügbarkeitsgrenze fällt, erzeugt das Plugin automatisch eine interne Nachbestellung. Gleichzeitig wird eine Benachrichtigung per E-Mail an einen hinterlegten Empfänger versendet. Mitarbeiter können diese Nachbestellungen im Shop bequem bearbeiten, den Bestellstatus ändern und einsehen, wie viele Einheiten bestellt werden müssen.
Kommt die Ware im Lager an, lässt sich die tatsächlich gelieferte Menge im System eintragen, woraufhin das Plugin den Bestand der betroffenen Produkte automatisch aktualisiert. Nachbestellungen werden als abgeschlossen markiert, sobald alle Artikel geliefert wurden. Teillieferungen bleiben so lange offen, bis auch die restlichen Mengen eingetroffen sind.
