Die Installation der Erweiterung erfolgt wie gewohnt über den Community Store von Shopware oder durch ein Hochladen der ZIP-Datei in den Plugins-Ordner.

Gehen Sie zum *Crisp Dashboard -> Konto verwalten -> Website-Einstellungen -> Einstellungen der Shop Website -> Setup-Anleitung* und kopieren Sie die Website-ID in die Einstellungen des Plugins.

### Mockup

Das Mockup ist eine Kopie des Crisp Buttons, welche erscheint, so lange der Nutzer das Crisp Cookie noch nicht akzeptiert hat. Mit einem Click auf das Mockup öffnet sich das Cookie Consent Modal, wo de Nutzer den Livechat aktivieren kann.

Das Mockup kann in Farbe und Position an das Erscheinungsbild des Shops angepasst werden.
