# Einrichtung

Die Installation der Erweiterung erfolgt wie gewohnt über den Community Store von Shopware oder durch ein Hochladen der ZIP-Datei in den Plugins-Ordner.

Nach der Installation der Erweiterung empfehlen wir, zunächst die [grundlegenden Konfigurationen](/plugin-documentation/apps/affiliate-marketing/konfiguration/grundeinstellungen.md) vorzunehmen: Hier kann beispielsweise ausgewählt werden, nach wie vielen Tagen ein Affiliate die Auszahlung einer Provision anfordern kann oder welcher URL-Parameter für Affiliate-Links verwendet werden soll.

Wir empfehlen, anschließend die ersten Affiliate-Produktgruppen anzulegen, in denen zu provisionierende Produkte und ihre Provisionssätze festgelegt werden.

Zu Testzwecken können Sie nun einen Affiliate registrieren und sich damit vertraut machen, in welcher Form Ihre Affiliates das System sehen. Beispielsweise können Sie in diesem Zuge natürlich auch eine Testbestellung durchführen.
